Windham High School Senior Jaden Calixto signed his Letter of Commitment to attend American International College, Springfield, on March 13, surrounded by family, the Principal, his school and Premier Soccer coaches and his fellow teammates.

Jaden has been accepted into the 3+3 program in Physical Therapy at AIC which includes three years of undergraduate study, followed by three years of post-graduate work leading to a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.  Jaden played Center Back for the Windham High School Socccer team, and was selected three times for the All-Conference team.  He was on the starting lineup for every game of his high school career over 4 years, except for one due to injury.  The team won 54 of those games.  He also scored 7 goals and 33 assists in his high school career.  Jaden is an all-around athlete, and has lettered in outdoor track and field, swimming and diving, and indoor track over the course of his high school career

Coach Zack Konopka describes Jaden this way, “Jaden stepped in and helped build the program.  He is one of the key contributors to getting our soccer program to where we are today.  He’s just a strong, smart defender, and will be a strong asset to AIC’s team.”
