We will be holding summer conditioning on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning July 13. Because we are limited to 10 or fewer people at a time, there will be two sessions; the first from 3-4 pm and the second from 4-5 pm. We are not yet allowed in the gym, so sessions will be held on the WHS tennis courts. To participate, you will need to 1) complete a Summer athletics conditioning agreement form and turn it in to me on the first session. You must agree to follow the restrictions on this form 2) In addition, there is a pre assessment form that must be completed EACH TIME you report to conditioning. 3) Bring your own water bottle The forms you need are posted below, I will be posting a sign up sheet for each conditioning session. If you take a spot, please make sure you show up.
