Fall Sports Information:

All students interested in participating or trying out for a fall sport must have an up to date (within the last 13 months) physical and health history form on file with the school nurse. Students must also turn in the permission slip to the coach. Health history and permission slips can be found under the "forms" tab above, or at the WHS main office.
