Focus

The Windham Board of Education invites members of the school and broader community to

participate in the search process for a new Superintendent of Schools.

Mary Broderick, working with the Windham Superintendent Search Committee, will conduct

focus groups and a survey in mid-January. The purpose is to gauge the communityā€™s

perspectives on the qualities, experiences, and characteristics desired in a new superintendent.

We encourage teachers, administrators, staff, parents/guardians, town officials, community

organization representatives, and community members to participate.
